No returns on custom orders.
If one of our products is damaged in shipment, please send photographs of packaging and product, and we will follow up with the Post Office.
For defects in quality, I will replace the product if possible, please bear in mind this does not include products that have not been cared for. Wood can be fragile and requires care and maintenance. It changes shape with temperature and humidity , if you have concerns about these please ask.
All other returns are accepted with paid return shipping.
